Vive Luxe is the terminus to the master plan promenade where urban and residential merge. The Arrival Court draws inspiration from many successful European style courtyards where vehicles and pedestrians interact and interplay seamlessly.
The design features contrasting and linear paving layout that create the perception of arrival. Other features, such as circular, built-in benches, fountains, large canopy trees, with a zero-curb condition creates an approachable and desirable destination.
With 441 multi-family apartments on approximately 5 acres, the project makes the most of a dense, urban format by holistically connecting the Architecture’s modern style and interior spaces with the outside amenities.
