Located on the southern border of Little Italy in Downtown San Diego, the Lindley high-rise project features a naturally inspired minimalist design with a saltwater pool deck at the 7th level and rooftop amenity terrace with 360° views of the city and bay.
The landscape design takes inspiration from the nearby coastal topography and landform of the San Diego region, creating man-made “bluffs” by pushing and pulling the forms of the pool deck to create intimate, private spaces surrounded by lush landscape.
On the rooftop level, forms take on a more naturalistic shape with intimate, built-in wood seating spaces, rooftop bar, and water features throughout.
