Construction has started on the new $52 million affordable housing complex at 2530 Westminster Avenue in Santa Ana. Led by Community Development Partners, the project consists of 85 residential units with 24 of those reserved as permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless renters. Planned on-site amenities include a community room for events and classes, an outdoor children’s play structure, and a picnic area. Completion is expected in February 2024.
