Having undergone revisions since its first presentation to Pasadena’s Design Commission, the updated housing project at 270 N. Los Robles received approval last night. Located one block north of Walnut Street, plans call for the construction of a six-story building which would feature 105 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments – including eight very low-income affordable units – atop subterranean parking for 161 vehicles.
