X VIA SALDIVAR

The serenity of this contemporary Glendale garden is as much due to unmaking as making. Perimeter walls came down to reveal surrounding hillside views. Concrete walks came up to allow a softer, permeable surface and were reused in the patio. A small bubbling fountain provides a soothing backdrop. The garden is a study in using a minimum of materials to achieve a balanced elegance.
