Holiday Party & Tour

In celebration of the holidays, EPTDESIGN spent an afternoon visiting a few of our projects in progress and enjoying a warm evening of dinner and games. The projects included a Beverly Hills residential garden and the West Hollywood Library landscape. The Beverly Hills garden is a classical series of enclosed garden spaces, each centered around a special fountain, stone patio, or view. This newly constructed Mediterranean beauty was designed by Kevin Clark with interiors by Danny Cuevas and features custom ironwork, woodwork and stone in every room. The home’s interior layout honors the garden experience, with every room opening to a unique garden or nook, each designed specifically for beauty, privacy, and comfort.

The West Hollywood Library project (designed by our talented friends at Johnson Favaro) includes the adjacent West Hollywood Library Park currently under construction. The plant palette infuses the landscape with year-round color and includes an artful array of native or adapted plantings. The adjacent park landscape preserves a magnificent grove of existing trees, and will balance passive and active uses including an arrival plaza and stage setting that will be the centerpiece of gatherings within the community. After the site visits, we ended the night at the Eriksson’s to share warm holiday wishes with the EPTDESIGN family and celebrate the end of a wonderful year.
