Ross Woodley comes to us with a broad background in and love of the arts and sciences. Building on his BFA, his graduate degree in landscape architecture and ecological planning brought to focus a design with natural systems through an artistic lens. Eric’s master’s thesis, “Watershed Whisperers: Exploring Potentials for Water Use, Infrastructure, and Environmental Justice in the Owens Valley and Mono Basin,” gives him a solid understanding of the complex issues and opportunities present in designing places for people, wildlife, and dust mitigation in the Owens Valley. His aptitude for GIS combined with regular weekend trips through this and other Southern California regions give Eric the macro and micro-level awareness necessary to propose positive and effective design solutions for our projects.
